Glenn Standish was born in New Zealand but was brought up in Saudi Arabia and the UK. He has taught English in Poland for 23 years and has been the Director of Studies at IH Toruń for the past 14 years. He is also a tutor for the IHCYLT (IH Certificate in Teaching Young Learners and Teenagers) and IHCAM (IH Certificate in Advanced Methodology) courses and an IHWO course moderator. He has written several articles for The Teacher and The IH Journal magazine and is currently the National Geographic Learning Ambassador for Outcomes 3ed. He loves presenting on the conference circuit and has visited 67 countries (most recently Myanmar and Pakistan). He has given workshops in many countries such as Belarus, Bulgaria, Colombia, Italy, Moldova, Portugal, Romania, Ukraine, and the UK, among others

Graham Seed is a Senior Research Manager at Cambridge University Press and Assessment - English, where he works on different projects relating to language assessment and learning. His current professional interests include good practice for digital learning and assessment materials, operationalisation of the CEFR, and multilingualism in learning and assessment contexts. He holds an MA in Language Testing from Lancaster University, DELTA and CELTA, and previously taught EFL in Bosnia, Russia and the UK. He is currently also the Secretariat Manager of ALTE – the Association of Language Testers in Europe.

Chantelle Walsh is an experienced teacher and trainer from Ireland, based in Italy for over 25 years. Her work focuses on mindfulness and well-being in education, creating reflective learning spaces rooted in empathy and human connection. She speaks internationally, is an AISLi school inspector, and she is also a co-ordinator of the European Mindful and Compassionate ELT Project, contributing to ongoing initiatives that promote more humane, mindful, and compassionate teaching practices.

Lucie Cotterill is an experienced teacher, teacher trainer, and academic manager with over 20 years of experience. She works with IH World as IH Director of Studies Coordinator, tutors on the IH OTTI (online tutoring) and IH Diploma in Academic Management courses and was previously Director of Innovation at IH Reggio Calabria. Lucie has taught learners from very young to adult levels, led academic teams, organised teacher training and local conferences, and develops school-wide innovation projects and recruitment processes. She is a regular speaker at national and international ELT events.
